Are you GSA Schedule 71 compliant?
Yes. Federal customers can procure furniture through our Vibrant Works partnership under GSA Schedule 71 (contract GS-28F-0025X). We also support TXMAS-14 for state and local agencies, AbilityOne mandatory-source procurement, and various base-specific contract vehicles. Our team handles the paperwork.
Can you coordinate base-access for delivery and installation?
Yes. Base-access coordination is one of our core services. We work with installation security offices to clear our crews, manage CAC requirements, schedule delivery windows that align with operational hours, and provide escort when required. Our project managers have established workflows with the 17 installations we currently serve.
Do your products meet federal procurement requirements like ANSI/BIFMA?
Yes. Every product we represent meets federal procurement requirements, including ANSI/BIFMA standards for office furniture durability and safety. We work with over 200 manufacturer partners, every one vetted for federal compliance. Specifications are documented up-front so your contracting officer has clear procurement justification.
What about facility standards like BOCA, LEED, and DoD compliance?
Our designers work within BOCA, LEED, and DoD facility standards as a matter of course. Layout efficiency, ADA compliance, ergonomics, and operational flow are part of every space plan. Floor plans are provided at no additional charge as part of the proposal process.
How quickly can you fill a typical military requisition?
Depends on scope. Our 400,000 square foot warehouse maintains ready inventory of cubicles, case goods, and ergonomic seating, which lets us ship complete on most orders. Standard requisitions ship within 2 to 4 weeks of contract award. Larger or custom projects depend on manufacturer lead times, which we document up front in the proposal.
Do you handle disposal of displaced furniture during a refresh?
Yes. All displaced inventory from a facilities refresh or buildout is responsibly disposed of through our liquidation and decommissioning service. Documentation is provided for your records, and any salvageable assets are diverted to certified recyclers, donation programs, or resale rather than landfill where possible.
Can you serve installations outside of Texas?
Yes. Our active agreements span 17 installations across multiple states. For installations outside our direct service area, we coordinate through the Office Moving Alliance and our Vibrant Works Base Supply Center network covering Texas, Oklahoma, and New Mexico. One OFP project manager owns the engagement regardless of installation location.
