WHY IT MATTERS WHO INSTALLS

The Difference Is The Team That Shows Up.

Furniture is heavy. Buildings are complicated. Manufacturers have quirks. The team you hire to put it all together decides whether your project ends on a clean walkthrough or a three-month punch list. Here is what to look for.

REAL PEOPLE NOT SUBS

REAL PEOPLE, NOT SUBS

Our installers are W-2 employees. Background-checked, trained on every major manufacturer line, and uniformed. The same team you meet on Day One is the team that finishes your project.

Manufacturer Certified

Manufacturer-Certified

Our technicians are trained on current and legacy product lines from every major manufacturer including Steelcase, Haworth, Herman Miller, Knoll, Allsteel, Teknion, Kimball, HON, and many more.

Clean Handoff Every Time

Clean Handoff, Every Time

Everything assembled to spec, debris removed, surfaces wiped down, every adjustment tested. We walk through with you, capture any final items, and don’t leave until your space is ready for Monday morning.

Bought

Bought Your Furniture Elsewhere?

Bought It Elsewhere? Our Team Still Shows Up.

If you bought furniture from another dealer, manufacturer-direct, or online, and you need professional installers on-site, we install it for you. Same expert installation teams, same standards, same walkthrough. You don’t have to be a customer to get quality installation.

ON INSTALL DAY

Six Steps. One Clean Handoff.

Installation isn’t one task. It’s a sequence of carefully coordinated work that turns a pallet of boxes into a working office. Here’s what our team handles when we’re on site.

Receiving Inspection

Receiving & Inspection

Furniture arrives at our 400,000 square foot operations center first. We unload, inventory against the bill of materials, and inspect every piece before anything ships to your site.

Building Protection

Building Protection

Floor protection, wall padding, doorway and corner guards go down before a single piece comes in. The building you’re moving into looks the same on the way out as on the way in.

Multi Manufacturer Assembly

Multi-Manufacturer Assembly

Our technicians work across 220+ furniture lines including Steelcase, Haworth, Herman Miller, Knoll, Kimball, HON, and many more. Cross-brand projects assembled to specification.

Power Data Coordination

Power & Data Coordination

For panel systems requiring electrical and data, we work directly with your electrician and IT vendor so the wires run when they need to and installation happens on time.

Touch Ups On Site

Touch-Ups On Site

If something arrives with a minor scratch or ding, our team repairs it right there. Your project doesn’t wait weeks for a replacement piece from the manufacturer.

Cleanup Walkthrough

Cleanup & Walkthrough

Every piece of packaging, debris, and pallet hauled away. Surfaces wiped, adjustments tested, every detail checked against the plan. Final walkthrough with you before we leave.

After The Install

Projects and Moves, Adds, Changes (MAC)

Installation isn’t a one-time event. Teams grow, departments shift, departments shrink, and the layout you needed last year is rarely the layout you need next year. Our team handles ongoing reconfiguration work for clients across all 220+ furniture lines we install.

Cubicle Reconfiguration

Reorganize your existing panel systems to fit new team structures, improve traffic flow, or maximize floor space. We disassemble, relocate, and reassemble to your updated layout.

Legacy Panel Expertise

Our technicians work on current and legacy product lines from manufacturers other dealers won’t touch. If you have older panel systems, we can usually keep them working.

Parts Sourcing

If a part is no longer available from the manufacturer, we often have it in our inventory or can salvage it from decommissioned systems. We extend the life of your existing investment.

Frequently Asked Questions

Installation Questions, Answered.

The questions buyers ask before signing off on an installation engagement. Honest answers without the sales spin.

Will you install furniture I bought from another dealer?

Yes. We install furniture we sold and furniture customers bought elsewhere. Same expert installation teams, same standards, same walkthrough. You do not need to be an OFP furniture customer to use our installation service.

Are your installers W-2 employees or subcontractors?

Our core installation team is W-2 employees. Background-checked, trained, and accountable. For projects outside our Texas footprint, we work through the Office Moving Alliance, which holds installer partners to the same insurance, training, and accountability standards.

What manufacturers are your technicians certified on?

Our technicians are trained on every major workplace manufacturer line including Steelcase, Haworth, Herman Miller, Knoll, Allsteel, Teknion, Kimball, HON, Global, AIS, and many more. We also work on legacy and discontinued lines that other dealers will not touch.

Can you install after hours or on weekends?

Yes. Most installations can be scheduled outside business hours to minimize disruption. Tell us your operating hours and your tolerance for downtime, and we will build a schedule that works around them. Weekend and evening rates may differ from standard.

What happens if something arrives damaged?

Two things. First, we inspect everything at our warehouse before it ever reaches your site, which catches most issues early. Second, if a minor scratch or ding shows up during install, our team does touch-up work on the spot so your project does not wait for a manufacturer replacement.

Do you coordinate with my electrician and IT vendor?

Yes. For panel systems requiring power and data, we sequence our work with your electrician and IT team so panels go up before final connections and data drops happen in the right order. Coordination is part of the install, not an add-on.

How is installation labor priced?

Installation pricing depends on project size, complexity, location, and scheduling requirements. We quote a flat number against your specific project scope rather than a per-hour rate, so you know the cost up front. Quotes include receiving, delivery, assembly, cleanup, and the final walkthrough.

Do you install outside Texas?

Yes. We install nationwide and internationally through the Office Moving Alliance, a network of vetted installation partners who hold the same standards we do. Your OFP project manager owns the engagement end to end. You stay with one point of contact regardless of where the install happens.

Ready To Get Your Office Furniture Installed?

Within one business day, an account manager will reach out to scope your installation project, walk through your timeline and access requirements, and provide a quote. Whether the furniture came from us or someone else, we will get it set up right.
